i had recently requested support from a member of the actinic team about an issue....they suggested compacting my databases....which i tried.....but didnt fix my problem but now my payment method options have dissapeared from my checkout process and has defaulted to invoice and payment before delivery which isnt even defined in my payment methods window??
ive tried several test orders and it never gives me the payment method options, and in my orders tab it now says all these new test orders have already been printed....which they havent....im very confused.
how did this happen....im still waiting to hear back from them.....has this happened to anyone else......helpp!! ;0)
