Order not completed???

    Order not completed???

    I have looked at the steps in the help file about completing an order and i cannot see why it should not be completed.

    I have marked the items as shipped. i have send an email to that effect to the customer.

    and i have printed the invoice.

    actinic however refuses to acknowledge it as a completed order

    What is the payment status?

      thanks bill

      the HSBC e-payments does nto clear automatically so i need to enter a payment in the order.

      thanks for this as i would not have noticed it otherwise
