Gift Wrapping for overall order (not products)

Hi

I'm sure this would of been discussed before but can't find a thread that addresses my particular idea.

I would like to add a product during the initial checkout that offers Gift Wrapping for £3.00.

I dont want to add an attribute etc. for each product as I dont want the customer to be able to choose to have some products wrapped and others not. Furthermore this would take a long time to set-up all my products.

Is this possible?

I do similar but add the product link into the Act_Primary.html as a small GIF image in a side bar to allow the user to see the option without having to go through to checkout
