Cat top & Sections - jumping

Don't know if this can be answered without seeing the page however... When I click on Online Catalogue the page is aligned towards the top of the page, i.e. my company logo is flush to the top. However when I click on a section area the header and the rest of the body content jump down slightly. How can I get both the top level of my shop and product sections to look the same? Thanks
