Google Adwords Conversion Tracking

Hi everybody. I'm trying to insert the Adwords conversion tracking code snippet into the Act_Order04.html template but am not sure exactly where in the html code to paste it in. I'm no html expert - can anyone help? Assistance greatly appreciated.
