    Error decrypting the order

    Error decrypting the order

Our customer is getting the above error message whenever they try to download orders.
I've also tried on our development machine and get exactly the same error.
We certainly have changed nothing and I'm pretty sure they haven't.
Does anyone have any idea what is causing this & how we can resolve it?
(it might be a coincidence but the server is also reporting a time out on the message from Secure Trading to the client after payment is complete)

The full (secondary) message is as follows:

An error occurred while downloading order number MC69AR10001612.
The order may have been corrupted in transfer from the server.

Press Retry to reattempt the download of that order.

Press Skip to ignore that order and continue with the download of other orders from your web site.

Press Remove to remove that order from the set awaiting download.
It will remain on your web site renamed as MC69AR10001612.ordx, in case you need to undertake further investigation.

Press Abort to cancel the download operation and leave all unprocessed orders on the web site.

Actinic V6.1.5.00.0.0 (it's been working fine for about 3 years!)

    Many thanks (in advance! )

    Dave

***** Following further testing the network tester reports that: You do not have write permissions to the cgi-bin directory "/public_html/cgi-bin/" or it does not exist.
Well the directory certainly exists and I can change the settings, but even at 777 I get the same error message****

Sorted: for my sins it was a web space problem. Increased quota & everything OK. My stupidity but perhaps this might help someone else, sometime.

I've got the same problem, and yes I'd already figured out I was out of space too...

But I've freed up some space and I'm still getting the same error on that order. Did freeing up the space fix your order or just make it work for new orders? ie. is the order screwed?

Is there any way to fix this order other than manually typing it in again?

John: Sorry I really don't know: I didn't have any complaint from the user that any orders were lost or screwed up so I assumed that this had fixed it on all counts. Sorry not to be of more help
