Help! Offer codes not showing in cart

Hi

I am a little confused. I have just set up a couple of new offer codes (coupons) and have done nothing differently to before. However when I put them in during the checkout phase they do not display in my basket - why would this be??? When I try an old code the same is happening to them - ahhhh - this is not good.

If I click back they then appear?? and if i click submit they appear on the confirmation however from a customer perspective you would expect them to appear in the payment screen and they always did in the past - does anyone know why this would be???

I've fixed it! If you tick use defaulf tax it works. We only run simple tax and it is not displayed so don't klnow if this will help others but it worked for me!
