Anyone know which table in the database has the T&C details?

If you want to change the T & C section headings, they are in Design | Text. The content is usually changed withing View | Business Settings, and is stored in the Setup table.

that or you can edit the text in business settings and then go to the terms and conditions tab. here the company name and address can be customized to your company.
Also if you want to add more text.

They are in the setup tables, setup I think with possibly one or two in setup2, towards the end of the field list they are.
