suggest they flush their dns

start, run, ipconfig flushdns

this will get rid of any bad DNS on their PC

This possibly has some follow up sales tactic behind it ... "use our new service and never have your site unavailble for 15 days" ... I am getting too cynical in my old age

Spanish customer Nick, a very good one too... ;-)

Another customer commented last week that he couldn't access the 'site from either home or work. I tried it from four different pcs all with different online isp's, no problems at all.

I'll maybe suggest that Jo, not sure how to convert the words to broken English that he'd understand though, lol.
