Hi All

Can anyone help me?

Is it possible to get an item automatically added to a shopping cart when another specific item is purchased and a coupon number is entered?

Hi,

This is possible if you have Business or Developer versions of the software. You will need to create a product group and have product A as a member of that group.

In 'View | Discount and Surcharge Settings | Cart Contents',
- create a new discount called 'Free Product' for example,
- select 'Enabled'
- 'Based On:' set to 'Quantity'
- Trigger set to 1
- Select requires Coupon code and enter the code in the text box
- against 'Product Groups' select the new product group that contains your product
- Under 'Rewards | Reward Type' select '% off extra product'
- 'Reward Amount' set to 100%
- against 'Product' select the product you wish to add
- select 'Only One Reward per Order'

Click on apply, upload and test.
