error when printing an invoice

Hi

A customer of ours is trying to print invoices off in actinic but is getting the attached error messages when doing so. They can print packing lists fine?

Is there a known bug in actinic that causes this and is there a quick fix?

Sometimes the registry settings get stuck. See this thread http://community.actinic.com/showthread.php?t=1607 or check the knowledge base as I think the solution is in there too.
