That nice man Gary has done a nice job on reworking my site but is now on holiday. I was just doing some checks last night and I couldn't get past the 'You will now be automatically transferred to the Protx VSP secure ' bit? I have spent the morning pouring over everything to see if there was a problem, also spoke to Protx and they can't see anything from their end and have just rang Grampian but Alex is out at the mo and I'm desperate!!!!!!!!!
Can I have some volunteers to have a look and see if they can see anything wrong? Screen shot is attached to show where it hangs, it just doesn't seem to be calling the Protx scripts of where it should be going next?

Are you sure your not in test mode? I also get to the VSP screen - but it goes no further...

Nope, def in prod mode.

I'd try adding a "send details separately" option to see if you can complete a purchase without using Protx.

Perhaps you have inadvertently modified the VSP page so that it not longer forwards to Protx.

Progress - of sorts?!

Have just changed the 'Checkout Pages layout' back to the default for the customised theme and it works fine, so Gary is in for a bit of a slap when he gets back from his holiday.

I'll fiddle this end and see if I can make any progress, but thanks for the feedback smiffy, much appreciated.
