Advanced Link, Image Clickable greyed out

is there anyway to ungrey it?

I would like my images to be clickable but can't see how to check this option.

This feature is only available for Fragments in the catalog. The Advanced Users Guide, page 42 has a topic called 'Custom Pop-Up Windows When Clicking on the Product Image'.
