Hi all

from where i can add or Delite country name that appear in the checkout process in the select country option

This is usually controlled from View | Business Settings, on the tax and the shipping and handling tabs.

The only country names that should appear in checkout are those for which you have configured tax handling and shipping.

If you select the tax zones you have created and remove a country from all zones, and also ensure the country is not a member of any shipping zone, and select the "Do not allow shipping" in the 'If shipping band not defined' area in the bottom left of the Shipping and handling tab, then that country should not longer be offered as a choice.

[Added] The second half of your question - (adding new countries) - if the country is already in the available list of countries, then add it to a tax zone, and define a shipping zone/class - if you mean a country that is not in the list - this is also covered in the online help/knowledgebase/user guides/previous answers on this forum, and is done from Advanced | Locations.
