editing the receipt page

Hi

I have a customer who refuses to buy/use order manager to download his orders and complains when he doesn't get confirmation of an order when people don't click the DONE button when they've completed payment.

Is there a way to edit the receipt page to add "You must Click DONE to complete your order" (which page and are there any special requirements re. HTML) or have the page automatically forward them back to the website and so trigger the order confirmation email.

I assume you're talking about editing the PSPs payment page to return them to the clients website after payment?

Some PSPs do allow you to edit their page but the details vary for each PSP. Even then there would be no guarantee they would return as the shopper can always click away to their home page or where ever they want to go next.
