act_section*.js files not updating

In need of a point in the right direction .....

I'm working on a site due to go live soon (I'm running v7.05 business) and have just noticed that the act_section_tree .js files are not updating as I add new sections etc.

I've done a fair bit of template modding and wondered if I've removed something somewhere which would've caused this ?

Does anyone know what actually generates these files and where I should start looking ?

in Act_Primary.html is the usual way of creating and loading these files.

Thanks for the pointer,I was a bit over zealous with the delete key at some point it seems - all working again - phew.
