Error whilst backing up.

When I export a snapshot I get this error message:

Warnings
This site includes files that are outside the Actinic installation directory.
On importing the site these files will be delivered to a temporary location within the Actinic installation directory.
Manual intervention will be required to restore the site after import.

c:\Program Files\Sage\Accounts\extextbitmaps\DY22ext.jpg


with all the products. This message has only just appeared, does anyone have a clue what has happened?

Nicola,

The program is telling you that it has noticed these files reside outside the Site1 folder, these will not be included in the snapshot, but liks to it will be created in a folder called 'Not_catalog' on the machine you import this snapshot too, you will then hav to manually amend the links to the new location.
