    URL for completed checkout

Another new problem. I have set the url for completed checkout in Design Options to the following URL http://www.supplement-warehouse.co.u.../forum/YaBB.pl however on completion of the order it gives the following error:

The requested URL /cgi-bin/forum/YaBB.pl&ACTINIC_REFERRER=http://www.supplement-warehouse.co.uk/cgi-bin/os000016.pl?SEQUENCE=3&ACTION=Next%3e&ORDERNUMBER=OD66NY60011027&REFPAGE=http%3a%2f%2fwww%2esupplement%2dwarehouse%2eco%2euk%2fcgi%2dbin%2fos000016%2epl was not found on this server.

    Any ideas would be appreciated.

Have you tried putting the Forum within the 'acatalog' folder and then trying to see if it returns you correctly.

I don't want to move the forum to the acatalog folder as if I do a site refresh it will delet it. Anyway it is already up and running so don't want to move it. I had the problem before when referencing the completed bounce page so that's why I used the complete url.

Agreed, it is not a good idea to put the forum in the acatalog folder. It seems a bizarre thing for Bruce to suggest, unless he was suggesting you try to send the customer back to anywhere within the acatalog folder to see it it works - just as a test

That was just to test if the return waorks from there, not necessarily the forum, any page in the acatalog would do just fine. I think the link to the cgi-bin for some reason is causing havoc with the refferer link thats used to bounce back.

            Hi Owen,

With "Completed and Aborted Checkout", I have found out that if a client does not put a slash '/' at the end, then you will get an error message, as Actinic puts up the referrer. With using YaBB script, you can put a '/' at the end, therefore I would suggest putting in for "Completed and Aborted Checkout"

            Try that please.
