This is baffling me.
We have a dedicated 1and1 server which when activated by 1and1, was given a default Domain reg to start it working. This domain has no files and no connection with Actinic however it appears that recently when anyone on our site searches for a product, the answer comes up in the default domain ie http://s136528768.websitehome.co.uk/...=-1&TB=A&SHOP=
and the customer then remains in this domain/cgi bin until quitting the site. We now have sales coming thru as from this domain rather than our own.
Nothing has been changed apart from Google/Urchin tracking being put on site (which seems to be working fine), is it possible that there is a hidden cgi bin on the root of the server that Actinic is now loading to & from and if so how do I find it?
My next email is to 1and1 but I won't hold my breath, I expect a standard FAQ reply.
