Link - Actininc to Sage Problem

Hi

I am setting up Actinic Link with Sage Line 50 v12 and I want to create an account in Sage for every Actinic customer so I have ticked the two boxes on the customer tab to create new accounts for registered and unregistered customers.

However, when setting up the 'Transaction Types Tab', it is forcing me to make an entry in the in 'Default Customer Field', which should be 'blank' if you are creating customer accounts in Sage.

Any idea how I can save the profile with no entries in the 'Default Customer Field'?

So far the staff on the Actinic Cover line have not been able to solve this little problem....

We are looking into this one for you. It looks like you have to have an entry in the 'Default Customer Field', something like 'Internet Shopper' as a fall back, even though it will not be used in actual account creation in Sage. Will update once I have some feedback from development.
