Editing sitemap?

Hi,

I've edited the sitemap on my site to add in links to some brochure pages I want to include along with a small description by pasting some html into the "Marketing Message" field. This has worked perfectly up until now but I need to add in some more and when I try and paste it in I get the message:

"This field can only store a limited amount of information. It is now full. There was not enough room for some of the information you pasted into this field."

Pretty self explanatory but scuppers my plan to add in the new links. Does anyone know of a way around this?

Those fields have limited input spaces and are controlled by the desktop application so not easy to increase. You could add the extra bits you need as you have done the Brochure links, directly in the sitemap template.
