error printing invoices.

I am getting this message when trying to print out invoices, can anyone help, i have tried refreshing and generating website
I am using catalog version 7

File I/O error.

That error indicates a corrupt/broken report file. I would suggest raising a support ticket @ http://www.actinic.co.uk/support/register.htm so that a member of the support team can send you the set of report files required.
