Final page of checkout not displaying!

Hey guys, I was wondering if you could help me.

I've set up actinic and made a custom template for a client at www.dynastyonline.co.uk and he has reported that on the final page of the order page, the browser just hangs, or a 'page cannot be displayed' error occurs.

He has tried re-uploading the files responsible to no avail...


I was wondering if you've heard of this problem happening before?

I am not able to replicate this happening on the site. I placed an order and it went through just fine though I did not get an email to confirm it. The issue could be down to their SMTP server being very busy as that at times causes this issue to happen.
