    A bit more info on the printing problem

    When I select print packing list, standard report etc. it seems to be doing it - egg timer for a couple of seconds and then nothing. No errors, and nothing in print queue.

    Is there a repair facility on the installation cd in case something is corrupted?

    Before you print your report, click on print setup and check that the printer selected for that report is valid.

    Try renaming the file called orders.rpt in your main Actinic directory, then print a packing list, you should immediately get an error saying that orders.rpt cannot be found.

    If this doens't happen you may find that your printer drivers are out of date or corrupt. Actually have you got a default printer installed? If not this can cause problems for you.

    I don't think that the error you got originally does necessarily mean that your reports are missing or corrupt, it is more likely to be a configuration issue.

    You could also try installing a PDF printer and trying to print a report to it - if this works then it is definately a configuration issue.
