netquotevar list

Is there a comprehensive list on netquotevar's? I've looked through the advance guide and can only find a few.
How many netquotevar's are there?

I'm looking for a netquotevar for the 'more pages' link

Would it be easier to simply add html links into the templates instead?

I've downloaded the advance user guide but there's only a small list of netquotevars as below. On page 135 there is a full list of templates but this is not what i'm looking for.
