    Printing Problems

    Hi,

    I've got a problem when trying to print from within Actinic Catalog (e.g. Invoices etc) - I get an error message saying

    Invalid File Name

    The dialog box is headed Catalog

    I've followed Jan's instructions and removed the Printer key from the Registry but this hasn't helped

    Any ideas?

    it sounds as if you have lost your report files somehow. Take a look in your main Actinic directory (program files\actinic ecommerce v5) and see if you can see a file called invoices.rpt. If not you will need to get them again, hopefully you will have them on a backup somewhere.

    If you don't have them on a backup then Actinic may be able to supply them or you might have to reinstall.
