    Index Page other than default

    Hi
Is there a way to create a standard html page that links into actinics default index page?
I thought of moving all of the actinic files to a folder on the server and uploading the new index page to the root, but i have a feeling that Actinic won't like it due to paths to the cgi bin etc.

The new index page will have two links on it, one for the defualt index of actinic and another linking to another website.

    Cheers

In Actinic, you have a checkbox for "Use as website main page" - clear this checkbox. Rename the page to something other than index.html.

Build your new index.html page outside Actinic, and as you say, upload this to the root.

Actinic will load ALL of its pages into the /acatalog/ folder and will manage to get all the internal links correct, so when you create the link to your renamed page, remember to include that in the a href path.
