    Error Message when importing snapshot

    Hi all....

    When i try to import a snapshot from my pc to another pc i'm getting the following error message below:

    Any ideas what this is and how to fix it?

    There was an initialisation failure while starting the backup or import. Please contact your Actinic reseller or Actinic Support as appropriate for advice.

    There is 1 Error



    Errors
    (File Snapshot.cpp, Line 1038) - Registry error 5, key SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\Actinic Catalog v7 - Access is denied.

    Andy,

    I would suggest compacting your Databases on your version of Actinic and then making a new snapshot. Let us know if this snapshot too brings up the same result.
