Are the two sites uploading to different FTP spaces? What is the exact error message?

      hello,

the message is a windows one saying
actinic has encountered a problem and needs to close.

i don't get a message with an error directly from actinic.
windows then asks me to send an error report and then the application closes.

The 2 sites are uploading to different FTP address

      many thanks, mark.

Is this Business or Developer and what exact version of Actinic? Do you have a firewall of any sort that could be blocking it?

        Kind regards,

          its version 7.0.6 of catalog
          i have 2 licenses.
i have turned of windows firewall and also disconected my hardware firewall, altough this doesn't cause any problems when uploading the other site.

I think it jams when it is checking the catalog.

          thanks, mark.

Can you try the sites on 2 seperate installations, if possible. Else I would suggest you raise a support ticket @ http://www.actinic.co.uk/support/register.htm so that a member of the support team can check a snapshot of the site.
