    Payment problem

    The following was sent to me after a potential customer tried to order from my site.

    I have had similar complaints from a few customers, so I am beginning to think there might be a problem, or perhaps it is just those few customers computers that are having problems as I have many orders coming through without problem or comment.

    I am on v7.0.6.0.0.0GBGA.

    My credit card order was rejected because your system claimed that Java was not
    enabled on my computer (Wrong).

    When I attempted to pay by PayPal it refused to accept my order because I had
    not specified a credit card!

    The inbuilt encryption requires Java VM this is different to Java, it need to be downloaded in order for the java applet to run

      The checkout is quite clunky to be honest... as you have PayPal I would be inclined to remove the software encrypted option as it inspires no confidence in security and is browser / user dependent as you are discovering
