I need the name and quantity of the products ordered to appear on the e-mail notification that is sent through when an order is placed.

I have a product that has not been released from BETA yet, which sends an html email with the full cart details - once you download the order to your PC.

You should get this included in the standard Actinic order confirmation email. Have you switched the order confirmation on? It is in view / business settings / ordering tab. The email that is sent by the PSP will not have these details.

The store owner has a MAC and so could not host Actinic. The site is also tied into a PSP that does not deliver the product info on their e-mail notification.
I managed to bypass the problem by CCing a copy of the customers receipt to the store owners e-mail address.Comment
