Changin FAX number on website

I'm trying to change the FAX number that appears on our site (www.em4miniatures.com ). I go to the Company/Contact section of the Business settings, change the number, click Apply and then update the site. But the new number does not show - the old one remains. I've done this several times and it never works. Anyone any ideas?

The correct FAX number is 44(0)1787312302. The number you are seeing is the phone number which is what I'm trying to replace.

Just cleared the browser cache and updayed again but it's still not changed.

Is the old number hard coded into the terms and conditions?

Bill - er, I don't know but I doubt it because I changed both the numbers a couple of years ago with no problem.

Doug... the area where you're changing the fax number is the number that will appear on the final "receipt" page, and on the printed invoice, etc.

When you visit: http://www.em4miniatures.com/acatalo...html#infolines and scroll down to the "About Us" section you are seeing text from a different "area" of Actinic.

To change THAT text, click on "View", "Business Settings..." and then click on the "Terms and Conditions" tab. Then within that page click on the "About Us" tab and change the "hard coded" text that's in there (as previously hinted at).
