production mode in protx..

i am changing my protx settings from test mode to production mode but it still keeps saying "This catalog is currently running in test mode. Your credit card will not be debited"

Any ideas... protx have put the account live now...

Mike,

Did you upload after converting to production mode in Actinic? If you have then you will need to get in touch with protx support and ask them to check if they have you set for production mode.

Yeah it's sorted now and Protx has save so much time, I couldn't find how to change to production mode before the upload

For anyone else interested and confused like I was....

View >> Business Settings >> Payment and security >> then select PROTX >> click the Configure Method Button >> Run in Production Mode >> Upload/Refresh
