    Marking as Complete without sending an email

    Hi, Ok so the catalog i am working on was originaly being looked after buy somebody else, and quite a few of the earlier orders are still in the 'pending' section even though they HAVE been sent out to the customers

    Is there a way i can move these orders into the 'completed' section without sending an email to the customers, (i mean the auto generated ones that are sent when you "ship" an item)

    Any help would be great

    I thought the email was only sent when you click 'mail'. That's the way it is on V6, did V7 change this?

      The email is and always was optional I think. To move the orders to complete you need to print the invoice, make sure it is fully paid (by adding payment records if it isn't) and make sure it is marked as shipped.
