    shipping country pull down menu

    Hi
    I have the site set up to allow customers to ship to different address from invoice address. At this point in checkout the site used to let customers choose from a pull down menu which country they lived in and the country they wanted the item shipped to. This enabled customers to say they wanted the toy shipped to the same address but not have to put their address in again.
    But I must have done something cos now instead of a pull down menu at the Ship to a Different Address section in checkout it says None of the Above. It means that every customer must now put their address in twice.
    What have I done? I'm beginning to think that I've imagined the second pull down menu? Have I?
    I've searched the knowledge database but can't find an answer to this particular problem.
    Please tell me it's something simple!

    In 'View | Business Settings | Tax', make sure you are using 'Tax by Invoice Address'.

    Also click on the 'No Tax Levied' zone, this will allow you to check the box against 'Do not allow 'None of the Above' as a zone member'. You need have all the countries you wish to ship to as available shipping zones.
