I have recently changed my ISP supplier from BT to Talk Talk. Automatic email on receipt of an order is now not working. I have entered advanced network settings and changed my email settings to smtp.talktalk.net for the smtp server details. When I test the settings I now get the following reply:
Actinic Mail Test completed successfully
server: passed
connection: passed
sockets: passed
communications: failed
authorisation: failed
message: smtp.talktalk.net
Please can anyone help?
