Are there any companies that offer off the shelf template solutions?

There are several out there - try google and they should all turn up.

For V7 they are few and far between (most are custom designed) but with the advent of V8 you can buy almost any design template and make it work with actinic by adding the variable.

Went the google route initially but didn't come up with anything, hence the post, anybody have any links?

You could with V7 - I personaly think that the V8 DW link is worse than the way V7 worked.

In V7 you could export templates etc to DW and import designs but V8 is very much one way. V7 allowed you edit any part of the site in DW but V8 locks you out of the main body of the site.
