Creation of index/shopping directory type pages

Hi all

I have noticed a website uses an interesting text based index/map system:

http://www.forzieri.com/index.html

Does anyone know of a way of creating html pages like this using the froogle feed data? I am sure Forzieri doesn't manually create the 150 pages seen on the link!
