    Redirection after transaction completed

    I have created a new Actinic site, new url etc. However, the site was based on the templates etc from an existing Actinic site I have. I have of course changed all the web addresses and altered the network and business settings etc.

    Everything works correctly when a payment is completed on the Protx test server, the receipt page comes up as it should, but when I click "done" I am returned to the original site not the new one.

    I have looked everywhere I can think of for the link so I may correct the problem but I am stumped.

    Any help or suggesteions would be appreciated.

    Thanks

    Chris

    Looks like it's in the original settings for the previous site that you supplied to Protx.

      Thanks for your reply.

      That is not the issue, the new site is for a different company and has a different merchant number. Protx are not aware that we have two different companies using them as a PSP.

      Thanks for your suggestion though.

        If Protx are not aware you have two companies, does that mean you only have 1 Protx account? for the original Url?

          Thank you for your reply.

          We have two companies with seperate merchant numbers and seperate Protx accounts. The Protx fees will be paid into seperate bank accounts.

          We are changing the website as we have formed a limited company with a different name but carrying out the same type of trading. We will cease trading from the original site when the new site is in production made. At the moment we cannot start trading on the new site because of the problem I have mentioned.

          The problem is nothing to do with Protx it is something within Actinic.

          Any help anyone can give would be appreciated.

          Thank you.

            Have you checked the code of the receipt page? There is a workaround in the AUG that involves hard-coding the home page URL into the receipt page in a hidden form field.

              I'm probably being completely stupid (again) but have you checked the OCCPROTXScriptTemplate has the correct Url in it as per
              ######################################################################
              # PROTX VPS Specific constants here
              ######################################################################

              my $sPassword = 'Yxxxxxxxxxxxxxx2oXXf';
              my $sConfirmationEMail = 'sales@xyzcompany.co.uk';
              Whoops! nearly posted with my password in!
