Hi there. We use Business v7 Multi-user and are about to start using the Sage Link. We intend to send info from Actinic into Sage.
I have installed and setup the Link software. When I run the export report, actinic generates several CSV files ok. But when I run the Link software it says there are no files.
Obviously I have checked the file locations, and the location Actinic specifies IS the location that Link is looking at - but it complains there are no files so I cannot press the "proceed" button.
What is going on here ? Any ideas ?
