Template Lost It's Colour??

Hi Guys

Have added a new brochure page to my site as normal listed here http://www.belmoretools.co.uk/acatal...tion_Form.html

But for some reason it has lost its blue colour background surround for my departments section which should look like this here http://www.belmoretools.co.uk/acatal...catalogue.html

Any ideas - im no html genius and cant't find an error anywhere?

I have used jotform to create the subscription form has this made some changes to template?

I think there maybe a conflict in my code - would really appreciate it if someone could take a look for me!

The only difference I can see with a quick glance is the additional width being declared in the outer table (200px) ... the image is still being declared "palette3bg.gif" and the path is the same in the acatalog.

Hopefully someone with extra eyes can see what is happening

Problem solved - most annoying thing is not sure how i fixed it!!!
