error un upload merge request

Hi, v7 , I am getting an error when uploading in test mode, all was ok but for some reason it is not now.
Whilst uploading all is fine until almost the end when i get the message:
'An error acured whilst sending the merge request'

We are hosted with 4sure.

Do a refresh rather than an update.
