How do I style the change button 2nd checkout page?

Hi

On the second checkout page there is a button that appears in a separate <td> tag after both the country and ship to seperate delivery address entries. I can't even find the containing <td> on the templates or the xhtml file. I want it to look like my other buttons, which are nicely styled using css. All I want to do is to attach a class to the input tag.
