Good morning, I have a question regarding Pending PSP tab, that bin where all the orders which have not got a payment against goes.
My questions is that currently these orders are automaticly delated after 35 days, is it possible to stop this happening so they can manually deleted or converted to payment recieved?
In our case where payment could occur 6 months before dispatch we need to keep on trying to get hold for a long period than 35 days.
I appreciate that the process at our end needs to get faster and equally we need to determine why they are having problems paying.
Is this possible?
