Delivery Message In Cart

Greetings

Has anyone managed to figure out how to put a delivery message in the cart ?

For instance we do free delivery on all orders over £150. How would i be able to put a comment like that into the cart during the checkout ?

Any ideas welcome, even if it is saying "it can't be done"

You can add some text into Act_ShoppingCart.html(View Basket) and into Act_ShoppingCartXML.html(Cart in checkout) to get this effect.
