    Lost order details

    We've recently had two orders where we received payment for goods (via Protx) but the orders were not recorded by Actinic so we were not aware of them until the customers complained. We were then in the embarrassing position of having to ask the customers what they'd ordered!

    We upgraded to v7.0.6 a few weeks ago and never had the problem prior to this although it may be just coincidence.

    Did you remember to turn off ordering on the website before upgrading?

    It could be that the orders came in while you were upgrading and then got cleared during the site refresh process.
