Order Number configuration

I am trying to find out how the order number is constructed as at the moment my order numbers are along the lines of TYTEST300...
I am trying to get rid of the reference to TEST.

Does anybody have any ideas?

Doh!
I found it myself - It is because I had test as the text in my postcode field.
This field is used to construct the order number

If you search the forum you can find how to edit how the Order Number is constructed so that is not so 'randomly' formed. Sorry, can't remember how to do it.
