I have a problem with exporting orders using Actinic Link to Sage.
Orders come through fine except the p&p charge. This is exported as our standard rate of £3.95 but when viewed in Sage Invoice it is £3.95 in the Nett amount with no VAT split and a tax code of T2 which is the exempt code when in fact it should come through as £3.36 Nett, 0.59 Vat and tax code of T1
I can not see anywhere where I've set things up wrongly - I've spoken to support and they are looking into it - but just wondered if anyone else had this problem - or if anyone else out there using this could let me know what they have set up in the Profile for Actinic Link.
