    Update Problems

    i have recently changed hosting companies and when i either press web refresh or the update button nothing seems to happen.
    i am not getting any progress bar and the few times i did it stopped at the merge stage.
    my new host says its a problem with my snapshot but i dont know why as i had no problem with my previuos host and havent altered website.

    Go to Advanced / Network Setup and run the Test that's there. Post the results here.

          if your host says it is your snapshot, then try to prove it isn't.

          take a snapshot of the site ( to keep for backup and restoring) or simply keep the snapshot you have if you haven't made any changes

          revert to the default actinic site, configure your network settings and try and upload - then you will know where the problem lies

            snapshot works fine with no errors
            didnt follow what you said i should do next but i would be gratefull for any help
