receipt page not loading

After placing order and entering cc details...The receipt page does not load (it just hangs) on credit card payment page. Can someone please test for me on their machine? Alot of my customers have called to mention this same problem.

Yep - your Java Applet is not working. What do you have in your 'Codebase' field in 'Advanced | Network Setup'? You should just have

That is what i have in my codebase field. Any suggestions on what I should do now?

Try logging onto your site via FTP. Check that there are two files called 'encrypt.zip' and 'encrypt.cab' in your 'acatalog' folder. Also check that there is a subfolder called 'COM' within the 'acatalog' folder, which then contains 'Actinic' and 'Catalog'. Then there should be some *.class files within there.

You could also try a 'Help | Troubleshooting | Purge and Refresh Website' and see if that helps.
